We are available in a many rural and underserved areas of Wayne, Summit, Medina, and Stark Counties.
Are there plans to expand coverage ?
Yes! The Untangled Network is growing and plans to offer service across Ohio. Our technology allows for up-to 15 miles of propagation. If you are interested, please sign-up. We track interest and build new facilities in high demand areas.
What makes Untangled different from 5G home Internet?
The Untangled Network is built using “ngFWA”, or next-generation fixed wireless access. ngFWA overcomes previously insurmountable technology challenges such as radio interference cancellation and reliable connectivity despite physical obstructions, like buildings or trees, amid the wireless link.
Can your service really reach gigabit speeds?
Yes! For the first time in the broadband industry, “ngFWA” delivers a truly unique combination of reliable, fiber-class connectivity with the deployment ease and scalability of wireless technology.
Do you offer these services to businesses?
Yes, Internet and voice service are available for business customers as well.
How long does it take to get installed?
If your address qualifies we can typically install service in 1-2 weeks. Using fixed wireless technology we can avoid costly and slow construction while providing the exact same great service. If you live in an area with unreliable utilities, fixed wireless provides a more durable connection to the Internet.
What devices will you install with my Internet service?
We will install a device called a Remote Node which is wireless radio transmitter we install on the outside of your house. This device converts our radio waves into electrical signals which are transmitted via Ethernet. We will also install a router which will connect to the remote node and allow the devices in your home to share the connection. If additional Wi-Fi coverage is needed, we offer additional Whole Home Wi-Fi Mesh Access Points.
